I’m Abraham, and it's a pleasure to meet you! Life can feel overwhelming when we’ve lost the sense of who we are, and what we want out of life. When we’re disconnected from our bodies and emotions, we can often feel lost and stuck, unsure of our true direction. My mission is to help untangle these patterns, guiding you back to a mindful, heart-centered state where your choices can align with your true north star. When we make choices from a grounded place, we gain a deeper sense of agency and start transforming into our best selves.
My approach combines mindfulness practices, somatic body awareness, yoga, and acceptance and commitment techniques to unlock your true potential. Together, we’ll shift any stuck energy and work through challenges like anxiety, fear, self-doubt, major life or career changes, and relationship struggles, creating space to live freely and authentically. I offer a warm, lighthearted, and practical space for self-exploration, where we honor all aspects of your journey.

I’m a true believer about the powerful connection between mind and body. I help people reconnect to their bodies, where we store emotions and feelings. By focusing on this connection, I guide individuals on a journey of self-discovery that integrates somatic body work, mindfulness techniques, yoga, acceptance and commitment practices.
Through grounded, present-moment body awareness, you’ll learn to observe and understand the sensations that arise within, uncovering insights that lead to greater self-awareness and growth. This approach is extremely transformative and helps people to reclaim a life of calm, clarity, connection, and alignment with their true values.
